Admissions Interns

Hi Team!

This fall I am working in the Admissions Team at YWAM Orlando. One of my roles in this job is to co-train five interns! Today was our first day of training.

Keke, Kenzie, Noah, Belle, and Wyatt are students in our School of Ministry Development who chose the Admissions Internship! They will spend every morning for the next three months working alongside my team and I. Throughout their internship they will learn interpersonal communication, administration, vision casting, and time management skills. Some of their daily tasks are: answering phone calls & emails, filing paperwork, and helping interested students through the application process. I hope that during this time, they learn work/life balance so they can be effective in their life-long ministry. I hope that when they leave this internship they have more vision and confidence to go where God sends them. Please pray for God to work in the admissions team with vision and wisdom so we can equip these interns well. They each have a heart that burns to know God and make Him known: my part is to help them prepare so they can go. Thank you for making it possible for me to pour into their lives.
