Youth With A Mission Orlando is hosting Brave Love gatherings again! You may be asking yourself, "What is Brave Love?" Well, I'm glad you asked! Brave Love is a movement of women who are becoming brave in their love for Jesus. This movement was birthed through YWAM in 2013. Now, Brave Love gatherings happen all across the USA!

Brave Love gatherings at YWAM Orlando are bi-weekly on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm. The goal of each gathering is to "behold Jesus". We desire to see Him rightly and experience His love. His perfect love reaches beyond our misconceptions, expectations, and fears. He makes us brave.

We aim to be people who don't strive but abide. Through scripture, prayer, and worship, we seek the presence of God. We are laying aside all of our own expectations and making room in our hearts and minds to see God for who He is. There is no agenda other than to behold Jesus. In modern society, we often have schedules, expectations, and goals: but these gatherings are meant to be a space to take a break from achieving and just be still. A place to be like Mary and sit at the feet of Jesus, listen to His voice, and behold His love.

Love is active. As we fix our eyes on Jesus, He invites us to work alongside Him. Rather than striving towards our own agendas, we get to abide in what God is doing. We get to put our efforts towards something that will last (Psalm 127:1). As we wait on the Lord, God speaks to us about what He is doing in us, our families, our communities, and even our nation. Whether He invites us into His plans for motherhood, leadership, corporate, or anything in between, we can follow Him bravely because we know His love. His perfect love casts out fear, and nothing can separate us from it!
